THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS

John Holland, Mike Holland’s 18 yr old brother, remains
in Flowers Hospital following a motorcycle accident .He
is improving and the doctors hope to wean him from
the respirator soon.
Robert Dean is home and doing well following surgery
to implant transmitters to help with tremors caused by
Parkinson’s.  He said he can notice a lot of
improvement.
Janet Williams was able to come home Friday and will
be with Home health Care and going to Flowers
Hospital for further treatment.  She is doing well thus
far.
Todd & Melissa Howell left for a mission trip to
Honduras on Tuesday.  They will return June 18.  Pray
for a safe and successful mission trip.
Virginia Broxton fell this past Monday and broke her
shoulder.  She is in room 603 in Enterprise Nursing
Home Rehab. Unit where she will receive therapy.
Albert Anderson, Andy Anderson’s brother,
 Vera Rose, Jennifer Ward’s grandmother, had an
arteriogram on Wednesday to check for a blockage in
the back of her heart.

■        James Baker will be our speaker tonight in the
absence of Keith who is at camp for the week.  
■        Congratulations! to Beryl & Pat Roach who
celebrated their 50 years of marriage on Saturday, June
07.  They have placed flowers in the foyer today  in honor
of that occasion.  
■        Congratulations to Wes and Jane Ann (Wise) Bolin
on the birth of Luke on Monday, June 02.  Luke weighed 5
lb., 3 oz. and was 17 in. long.  Proud grandparents are Joel
& Joan Ellis.
■        Suellen & Gerald Donaldson will celebrate their 50th
wedding anniversary on June 14.   An invitation to the
church family is posted on the bulletin board.
■        Camp Wiregrass Scholarships - Scholarships are
needed.  A full scholarship is $95.  Any donation amount will
be placed in the scholarship fund when it is designated
“Scholarship Fund”.
■        AGAPE Coin Cans-The deadline for turning in your
can is Sunday, June 29.  If you did not get a can when they
were passed out earlier, please do not despair!  We have
extras!  See any of the ushers on Sunday or Dan on
Wednesday.  
■        VBS  UPDATE: (1) Sign up sheets are on the table
outside the auditorium.  Please sign up if you will help
teach, help with crafts or help serve refreshments.  (2) VBS
Workday on Saturday, June 07, at 10 A.M.  Lunch will be
provided.
■        June assignments are posted on the bulletin board.
